The shipping times listed are estimates quoted by our couriers, so Gnoce cannot be liable or held responsible for any delay after dispatch. Delays do happen occasionally due to uncontrollable factors, e.g., weather changes, but please be assured that Gnoce will do our best to minimize any inconveniences that may arise.
Tracking My Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification to your email address notifying you of your tracking details. You can also check the status of your order online on the Track My Order page using your Order ID and email address. Address Information
All orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible, so we recommend double-checking your shipping address to make sure it is complete and correct. If your shipping address is different from your billing address, please specify this during checkout.
Gift Card & Package
Physical gift cards are shipped to you just like our jewelry and adhere to the same processing and delivery times mentioned above. If you want us to include a message on your gift card, you can enter this when you checkout. Just select the "Need a gift card message?" option and write down your message to add this to your order.
All Gnoce jewelry is packaged in our free signature jewelry box. For something a little more special, you can upgrade to our luxury gift packaging for an additional fee.
